do I breathe in and out with my mouth and nose or jusr nose...i have a space too

Solution by Anthony Meyerplace your mouth on the spacer and the inhaler in the other finish, puff then breathe in (just your mouth) at least five times via the spacer. It depends if you have the exact same spacer as me but the trick is to breathe in lightly adequate so the spacer does not make a whistling noise.
