I am supposed to use them twice a day and i do not want to because of the side-effects. I am only 14 and i dun want my bones to be far more weaker or have sores in my mouth or have short-term slow development. My inhaler is beclo-asma which includes 250mcg of beclomethasone dipropionate anhydrous. Thanks.
