This is a video of my morning Nebulizer therapy that I do immediatley following my Accapella. The purpose of the nebulizer remedy that I use...is to open my airways up, which are already really constricted. The constriction in mixture with the mucus in my lungs tends to make it extremely difficult to breath...and this remedy enables my airways to open up alittle much more, so that I can truly commence to move more mucus out of my lungs with my day-to-day excersize.
