Question by Zachariah92: How can I management my breathing when my inhaler is empty?
My inhaler ran out and I'm trying to control my breathing, given that I have asthma.

I've tried sitting in a hot shower for a even though, soothing, and arms above my head but nothing at all is functioning.

What can I do? The pharmacies never open for a few a lot more hrs.

Answer by Kevini have asthma as well, so i know how terrible you are feeling correct now. but it takes time to get relaxed
